立法院17日爆發立委們嚴重肢體衝突，民進黨立委鍾佳濱在院會撲倒國民黨立委陳菁徽，范逸臣在臉書發文一句話，慘遭網友出征，連在貼文下留言附和的紀曉君也遭殃，之後她發文道歉，還釣出立委鍾佳濱的回應。
范逸臣在臉書發文寫道「意見不同就撲下去喔！哇大。」紀曉君則是留言「撲了啦」，結果隨即遭到炎上，范逸臣火速刪文想要平息，而紀曉君則是發文道歉解釋「只是單純順著好友簡單句子的貼文而留言，當下只是為了互動而留言，並沒有什麼其他的想法。」致歉表示「我的留言讓一些人不舒服。但我的留言被放大檢視造成誤會我也很難過。思想單純的我真的沒有別的意思啦！」
紀曉君的道歉文還因此釣出民進黨立委鍾佳濱的留言回應，「謝謝曉君理解，昨天為了阻擋未經審慎討論的違憲法案，立院議場發生許多衝突，很多民眾也未搞懂全貌，大家難免有錯誤認知，大家繼續加油」。
